3 Session Wellness "Kickstart"

This 3 session coaching package allows you to explore specific nutrition and wellness topics (ex. nutrition fundamentals, balanced meals, conquering hunger and cravings, effective food prep strategies, sleep improvement, stress management, enjoyable fitness, mindset mastery), and receive feedback tailored to your specific goals.

 

Includes:

-3 x 60 min sessions where we'll explore the hurdles you are facing with regards to a specific topic and work on finding solutions that fit your lifestyle (3 sessions are ideally to be completed within a 6 week timeframe).

-A plan that includes actionable first steps to building healthier nutrition and lifestyle habits, that you can execute on your own.

 

-Resources to help you move forward based on your goals (handouts, worksheets).

-Email support for questions about the recommendation

"Fuel to Thrive" 12 week VIP Coaching Program

A transformative 12 week program focused on nourishing your body through balanced and intentional nutrition to fuel your energy, conquer your hunger and cravings, and empower you to build nutrition and lifestyle habits that last! We'll explore;

 

-Nutrition fundamentals, where you’ll learn about nutrient-dense foods and how to eat for sustained energy and satiety. We'll cover how nutrition and lifestyle factors can support your metabolism and hormones. We will also tackle blood sugar balance and effective strategies to conquer those pesky cravings.

-The secrets of balanced eating, from understanding nutrition labels to learning the key components, to steer you to make those healthier choices. You'll gain valuable tools for efficient food prepping to keep your meals on the right track and save you time during the week.

-The benefits of movement as we age and the best exercises to help you reach your goals. You'll learn how to integrate movement into your routine in a way that feels enjoyable and fits with your lifestyle, and how to best fuel your fitness through nutrition.

-Building sustainable habits that last and embracing mindset shifts that support your long-term success, so that you don’t find yourself starting all over again as you have in the past.

-1 x 60 min comprehensive initial session to lay the foundation (intake form review, food journal assessment, goal setting).

-1 x 45 min session (presentation of custom nutrition and lifestyle recommendation plan).

-1:1 60 min bi-weekly coaching calls on zoom (in addition to the two above) along with text and voice message support in between.

-Bite-sized, actionable weekly goals designed to motivate you to put our teachings into practice.

-Thoughtfully crafted handouts and worksheets to guide you, uniquely tailored to your needs based on our discussions.

 

-Meal guides that support balanced meals, effective food prepping strategies, protein rich breakfasts and snacks, quick and healthy 30-minute dinners, and more... aligned to support your journey towards nourishing, filling, and energizing meals.

Meet Andrea

Health and Wellness Consultant

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Andrea, a full-time working mom of two young girls, so I understand how busy life can get at times!
 

For years, I was stuck in a cycle of low energy and fatigue, trying to lose excess weight that I had gained from poor eating habits, lack of exercise, and not prioritizing my health. I was stressed, overwhelmed, and losing motivation after trying all the fad diets out there but never sticking to them because of how restrictive they were. 

 

Everything changed for me over the past few years when I enrolled in a school and started learning about holistic health and nutrition.

ABOUT

My eyes were opened when I learned about the nutrients that my body needed to thrive, how to build balanced meals to keep me satisfied, and how to move my body in a way that I truly enjoyed.

 

I developed healthy habits that allowed me to develop a better relationship with food, learn to listen to my hunger cues, and make food choices with confidence.

 

Along with all the other benefits, I finally shed those stubborn extra pounds I was carrying - and kept it off! Most importantly, I developed a flexible and balanced approach to healthy living that could be maintained, even when life gets busy.
